Terms of service
Last updated 4 November 2026
These terms govern the use of Centures: the website at centures.io, the application, the REST API and the MCP server (together, the service). The service is provided by Centures (we, us). By using it you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the company you represent (you).
1. Who may use Centures
Centures is a service for businesses and is not offered to consumers. Access to the application is by invitation while early access runs. The person who accepts these terms for a company confirms that they may bind it.
2. Accounts and workspaces
Each company works in its own workspace. Owners and admins invite members and decide their roles. Sign-in uses one-time codes sent to your email, so keep your mailbox secure. You are responsible for what happens under your workspace's accounts and keys, and you should tell us at lukas@centures.io if you suspect misuse.
3. What the service provides
Centures collects public procurement and company records, links them and adds its own analysis: tender rankings, eligibility checks, likely competitors, line-item market prices, tender valuations and bid results. Features marked as coming next are not part of the service until we release them. We improve the service continuously and may change, add or retire features.
4. Analysis, not advice
Rankings, valuations, prices, eligibility checks and other outputs are estimates derived from public records and statistical models. They can be incomplete or wrong, and public sources can contain errors or change after we read them. They are not legal, financial or bidding advice and do not guarantee that you will qualify, win or make a profit. Check the official tender documents and make your own decisions before you bid.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, scrape or bulk export the service's data beyond what your plan and the API limits allow;
- resell, sublicense or publish Centures data or analysis as a competing dataset or service without a written data agreement;
- share accounts or keys outside your company, or work around rate limits, access controls or usage metering;
- probe, disrupt or reverse engineer the service, except as the law expressly allows;
- use personal data from public records for unlawful profiling, harassment or unsolicited marketing, or otherwise break the law.
6. API and MCP access
API and MCP keys belong to your workspace or to an individual member and must be kept secret. Keys are subject to rate and volume limits shown in your settings. We may revoke a key that is leaked or misused.
7. Your data
You keep all rights to what you enter into Centures, such as your company profile, pipeline, notes and feedback. You give us the right to store and process it to provide the service to you, and to use your feedback on matches, without disclosing it to others, to improve our rankings. You confirm that you may share what you enter. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
8. Our rights
The service, its software, models, analysis and the way records are linked belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your company's internal business purposes during your subscription. The underlying public records remain subject to the reuse terms of their sources. Feedback and suggestions you send us may be used freely.
9. Fees
Early access is free unless we agree otherwise in writing. Paid plans are set out in an order or on our pricing page, are billed in advance and are exclusive of VAT. We give at least 30 days' notice of a price change, which applies from your next billing period.
10. Availability
We aim to keep Centures available and fast, but it is provided without a guaranteed uptime unless a written agreement says otherwise. Maintenance, source outages and events beyond our control can interrupt it.
11. Confidentiality
Each party keeps the other's non-public information confidential and uses it only for the purposes of these terms. This does not cover information that is public, already known or independently developed, or that the law requires a party to disclose.
12. Suspension and ending
You can stop using Centures at any time; a paid plan ends at the end of its billing period. We may suspend or end access if you seriously breach these terms, fail to pay, or put the service or others at risk, and otherwise with 30 days' notice. On request made within 30 days of the end, we export your workspace data for you; after that we delete it as the privacy policy describes.
13. Warranties and liability
Apart from what these terms state, the service is provided as is, without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or of accuracy. To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for lost profits, lost contracts or bids, lost data or indirect damage, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We tell account holders about material changes by email at least 30 days before they apply. If you keep using Centures after that, the new terms apply.
15. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Disputes are decided by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
