Every tender,
read and linked.

A tender is published in one place, its bids in another and the signed contract in a third. Centures reads all of them and links each tender to the bids it drew and the contract it became.

Fragmentation is
a blind spot.

The answer to "what should this cost?" is already public. Signed contracts, often with their priced bills attached, sit in the contract register. There are millions of files there and no practical way for a bid team to read them.

So most bidders price from catalogue norms and memory, and see only the buyers and rivals they already know.

Centures reads the whole record once, so every bid team can start from what buyers actually paid.

How we
build it.

  1. Bring the records together.

Notices, lots, bids and awards from the national bulletin, NEN, ISVZ open data, 32,000 buyer profiles and TED, linked to the signed contracts in the register. National records always win over their EU copies, so a tender never shows twice.

  2. Read the documents.

Our own readers open Czech budgets exported from KROS and RTS, old Word files, scanned PDFs and nested ZIP archives. Raw files are stored unchanged, so a better reader re-reads the whole history without downloading again.

  3. Match tenders to companies.

Qualification rules are read from the tender documents and checked against your trade licences, turnover, insurance and references. Your ranking learns from what you and companies like yours actually bid on.

  4. Measure every model.

The ranker, the line prices and the tender embeddings are each scored against a backtest on held-out bidding history. A model only ships when it beats the one before it.

Czechia first.
Poland and Slovakia next.

Centures covers Czech public procurement in full: notices, lots and bids since 2024, TED and the contract register since 2020. Line prices start with construction, with medical supplies, IT and energy next.

Centures is live with its first companies. Self-serve sign-up is coming; until then we set up each company through early access.
